Abyssinians are instantly recognizable by their swirled coat of rosettes, cowlick-like whorls of fur that give them a permanently tousled, mischievous look. Show-quality Abyssinians have eight to ten symmetrical rosettes, but pet Abbys wear theirs any way they like.

They have a reputation as one of the most spirited breeds: curious, bold, and a little naughty. Abyssinians often learn tricks faster than other breeds and love floor time with tunnels and hideouts to explore.
