Wheeky: Guinea Pig Guide

The complete guinea pig care companion: cage setup, emergencies, a first-week checklist for new owners, and a searchable database of over 200 foods.

Cage setup, step by step

From minimum cage sizes to bedding choices, hideouts, and layout, build a home your guinea pigs will thrive in without the common beginner mistakes.

Emergency protocols

Clear, calm guidance for the scary moments: gut stasis, heatstroke, injuries, and more. Learn what to do immediately and when to rush to an exotic vet.

First 7 days checklist

Just brought a guinea pig home? A day-by-day checklist covers setup, bonding, feeding routines, and the health signs to watch in the critical first week.

200+ food database

Every food rated safe, toxic, or feed-rarely, with portion notes and nutrient info. Never guess in the grocery aisle again.

Vitamin C & nutrition

Guinea pigs can't produce their own vitamin C. The Guide shows exactly how to cover it through diet and supplements, plus every other nutrient that matters.

Every detail, covered

Grooming, bathing, nail trims, introducing new pigs, enrichment, and seasonal care. The Guide is the reference we wished existed when we got our first guinea pigs.

New to guinea pigs?

The first week matters most. The Guide's first-7-days checklist walks you through each day: what to set up, when to start handling, and how to tell your new friend is settling in well. Pair it with our first guinea pig guide and you'll be ahead of most new owners.
