Wheeky builds practical iOS apps for guinea pig owners. Our goal is simple: help you give your piggies better everyday care, from the first week home to the senior years.

Who we are

Wheeky started with a simple observation: guinea pigs are often treated like small hamsters, but their care is completely different. They need daily vitamin C, unlimited hay, space to run, and owners who can spot the small signs that something is wrong.

Our apps are built and maintained by Kerem Türközü, a developer and guinea pig owner. Every feature starts from the same question: what would actually help someone take better care of their guinea pig today?

We write our guides around published care sources such as the RSPCA, PDSA and the Merck Veterinary Manual, and our health content is educational support, not veterinary advice. When something looks urgent, our apps point you toward an experienced exotic veterinarian.
